Application flow challenge: balancing a clean design with a lot of information

A law tech startup needed an application flow for their exclusive, private service. What was supposed to be a simple multi-step form? Turned into a full-on structured process.

The challenge? A LOT of information per screen. The goal? Making it easy to follow. That meant setting up a clear information architecture, balancing a clean design with straightforward instructions, and making sure everything fit—without overwhelming the user.

Due to a very strict NDA, I changed the copy, typography, colors, and any additional branding.
